Bio

My passion is to assist those who have the desire to succeed. I help people develop the insights that lead to achieving breakthroughs in their professional and personal lives. My key strengths are a compassionate but direct approach to work and life combined with an ability to bring out the best in people.

I have an MBA in Marketing from The George Washington University and have conducted over 200 seminars on leadership, entrepreneurship and business strategy. I have coached over 100 executives. Xerox, Dupont, Aramark, Prudential, Galderma, the White House Operations Staff, American Management Association, and AT&T are among the many companies with whom she has worked.

I have been recognized in the business community for my expertise and leadership at a local and national level. I was invited by the United States Chamber of Commerce to serve as an Executive Coach to the CEO’s of the top 100 Business Associations in the United States. I have also been invited to Chair selected Executive Think Tanks in the Philadelphia region by an international association dedicated to supporting CEO’s and Business Executives.

I am also a member of the Lower Bucks Chamber of Commerce where I served as Chair during 2012-13.

I am also a Managing Partner of Calder Associates, a leading mergers and acquisitions firm that specializes in the sale of privately held businesses. In my role as a deal-maker, I use my coaching skills to help my clients make critical decisions, negotiate fairly and eliminate obstacles that may impact the success of a deal getting done.

My "portfolio career" is aligned with my unique abilities and my intentional 10-year strategic plan for my life and work that ensures that everything I do is aligned with making things happen that help my clients continue to grow, learn and live a dynamic life that is both lucrative and purposeful.

My life is also blessed with the love of family and good friends. I have been married to my husband, Ori Zviklin for over 30 years. We have an amazing and talented daughter and son-in-law and they have blessed us with three grandsons who we adore.  Life is good!
